New Warrington flats provide urban space with "flair"

A new development in Warrington provides flats which are aimed at both new and more experienced buyers, Miller Homes has announced.

Set to open this summer, Urban Space was developed near Marsh House Lane with 181 new homes available.

Carolyn Walsh, regional sales manager of Miller Homes, said that the first two-bedroom flats at the Warrington development would attract a variety of buyers.

"The apartments provide spacious living accommodation with a real flair, so we expect they will appeal to young professionals looking for their first or second step on the property ladder," she remarked.

"But we also expect interest from older buyers looking to downsize as they offer an elegant but low-maintenance home."

Many of the Warrington flats which are on the ground floor have their own direct entrance, while other properties feature open-plan kitchens and bay windows.

In addition to the apartments, three and four-bedroom townhouses, terraced houses and detached homes are set to be opened to the public next year.

Regarding the style of the development as a whole, design manager Nigel Ward said that Urban Space had been designed to "blend with its evirons".

Warrington is located within the ceremonial county of Cheshire.
